Speech 3 Brainstorm– What you mean to me?

Co hai (Aunt) ~Small, strong, independent, responsible, hardworking
- Has been taking care of me since god knows when
- Been able to power through without her husband
- Doesn’t let her disability affect her life
Cu Xing~Comedic, helpful, understanding
- Understands what I am going through
- Always there for me
- Lightens the day with his stupid singing
Angela Chen-Independent, smart, kind, strong,responsible
- Friends since 1st grade
- Understands what I am going through
- Always there to support me
- If it wasn’t for her I would have failed at long-division

Co hai (Aunt)
- I had no faith that I will pass my drivers license but she had said that if she could then I could too
Cu Xing
- When ever my mom is scolding me and I get upset, he is there to comfort me
Angela
- Went step by step in forcing me to learn how to learn long division

OUTLINE-Introduction Speech Co Hai (Aunt)

Introduction:

Co Hai is Vietnamese for the oldest aunt on your dad’s side
She is responsible, independent, and hardworking
Growing up she was responsible for all 5 of her siblings
Has always had this “disability”
- Right arm is smaller than her left
- Doesnt let it affect her life

What you mean to me:

She’s like a third parent
- Co Hai took care of me because both my parents were constantly working
- Essentially raised me
- Went to my school events- Open house, back to school BBQs, winter festivals, etc.
An inspiration
- Due to some circumstances, she has had to raise her children on her own while maintaining a business
- Tries to give her children the best things
Always has my back
- Believed in me when no one else would regardless of the situation
  - Ex. Drivers License
- Supports me in all of my decisions
  - Ex. College decisions

Conclusion:

Shes been there with me through thick and thin
Although she is the oldest and the smallest person of her siblings
- She is also one of my biggest inspirations in life
